We are a multidisciplinary construction company offering a diversified range of construction and allied services across residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial projects since 1996.
We provide our services across the construction value chain, ranging from construction and post-construction activities to private and public sector enterprises. Historically, we have focused on projects in the Ahmedabad region.
We have completed and continue to undertake construction projects in this region.
Over the years, we have successfully executed a number of prestigious projects within Ahmedabad.
Our execution capabilities have grown significantly with time, both in terms of the size of projects that we bid for and execute, and the number of projects that we execute simultaneously. Since our incorporation in 1996, we have executed over 155 residential projects, 37 Commercial projects and total 208 projects in all construction sectors as of May 23, 2024. Our Chairman and Managing Director, namely Janakkumar Gordhanbhai Chothani, who is also our Promoter, has been associated with the construction business for over 28 years and has been instrumental in the growth of our Company.
